Gather your supplies. Prepare the mason jars. Ensure your mason jars and lids are clean and dry. Fill the jars with chosen food items, leaving some space at the top. Place the jar lid on the top of the jar, ensuring it is centered and properly seated. Place the electric mason jar vacuum sealer over the lid. Make sure it covers the lid completely for an airtight seal. Press the one touch operation button to start the vacuum sealing process. The vacuum sealer will automatically extract the air from the jar, creating a strong, airtight seal. Watch the LED indicator lights to monitor the process. The vacuum sealer will automatically stop once the seal is complete. Carefully remove the vacuum sealer from the lid. Ensure that the lid is securely sealed and there is no air leakage. Place the vacuum- sealed mason jars in the pantry, refrigerator or freezer as needed.
After each use, clean the sealing bar and vacuum chamber with a soft brush or cloth to remove any residue. Wipe the exterior of the vacuum sealer with a damp cloth to remove dust and food particles.
